Evaluasi Strategi Guru dalam Mengembangkan Keterampilan 4C: Diagnosis Kualitatif Kesenjangan Critical Thinking Penyebab Rendahnya Penalaran Numerasi Siswa

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi pembelajaran guru dalam mengintegrasikan Keterampilan Abad ke-21 (4C: Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, Collaboration) dan menganalisis mengapa implementasi strategi tersebut gagal dalam menumbuhkan penalaran numerasi siswa. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan siswa, serta analisis dokumen pembelajaran. Hasil diagnosis lapangan menunjukkan adanya "Ilusi Implementasi 4C": strategi guru telah mencakup upaya mengembangkan numerasi melalui tutor sebaya, komunikasi konsep, dan pengaitan konteks, namun upaya ini secara kualitatif hanya mencapai tingkat kognitif rendah. Ditemukan kesenjangan implementasi yang signifikan pada dimensi kognitif tinggi Critical Thinking, di mana guru gagal merancang tugas yang secara eksplisit menuntut evaluasi dan perumusan masalah kompleks. Kegagalan ini diperparah oleh hambatan non-kognitif siswa (enggan berpendapat karena faktor psikologis), yang saling menguatkan dalam "Siklus Umpan Balik Negatif Pedagogis." Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegagalan sistematis dalam menumbuhkan Critical Thinking adalah penyebab dominan rendahnya penalaran numerasi siswa.
